The tour begins with a trip to the Apartheid museum for an interactive voyage of discovery going from the days of oppression to Nelson Mandela’s historic release. This museum is a multimedia experience, with documentary film snippets, texts, sound clips and live accounts, recapturing the years that made South Africa what it is today.

The tour takes a lunch break at a lively restaurant in Soweto before continuing on to the Hector Pieterson Museum. From here the tours travels past Mandela House, where guests have an option to visit the small museum. The next stop is the fascinating Regina Mundi Church, site of so many of the underground meetings of the then banned political parties.

The tours carries on with a trip to Soccer City, the largest stadium in Africa and fifth largest in the world.
