Day 1: Cape Town
Frequently voted as one of the world’s top travel destinations, Cape Town is a stunningly beautiful city on the southwestern tip of the African continent. With a diverse array of sights and attractions, there’s something for everyone in the Mother City, as Cape Town locals call their hometown. From the gorgeous white sand beaches that hug the city’s mountainous coastline to the vibrant shopping mecca at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, your time in Cape Town will undoubtedly leave you with countless fond memories.
Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met by a representative from Travel Republic Africa, who will accompany you on your transfer to the hotel of your choice:

Afternoon City & Table Mountain Tour
Once settled into your hotel, your first day in Cape Town will include a tour of Table Mountain (weather permitting), the iconic peak that towers above Cape Town city centre and that was recently named one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Atop the impressive natural formation you will enjoy unparalleled views of Cape Town, Table and False Bays, Robben Island and with good visibility the entire Cape Peninsula all the way to Cape Point. The rest of your day will be spent exploring the many attractions and points of interest to be found in and around Cape Town’s city centre, including Company Gardens, the Castle of Good Hope, the South African Museum and the vibrant market at Greenmarket Square, where you will be able to find a treasure trove of African arts, crafts and souvenirs.
Day 2: Cape Town
Full Day Cape Point Tour
Your next day in Cape Town will see you making the journey along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay towards the quaint fishing harbour town of Hout Bay. Here you will enjoy gorgeous mountain and ocean views and a boat trip to see the Cape Fur Seal colony at Seal Island (weather permitting).
From Hout Bay you will travel along Chapman’s Peak drive, arguably one of the world’s most breathtakingly beautiful coastal drives, towards the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, a magnificent section of the Table Mountain National Park that boasts an impressive array of flora and fauna, including the unique and endemic fynbos floral kingdom as well as large numbers of animal and bird species. No trip to Cape Point would be complete without visiting the historic lighthouses that are perched on the tip of the Cape Peninsula, offering awe-inspiring vistas.
After lunch at a nearby restaurant in Simon’s Town, you will visit the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
Day 3: Cape Town
You will have these days to enjoy at your leisure or book additional tours such as: Winelands Tour, White Shark Cage Diving, Helicopter Tour and many more.

Day 4: Garden Route
In the morning you will depart Cape Town and head through the imposing Du Toit’s Kloof Mountain Pass en route to Worcester, from where you will journey towards the acclaimed Garden Route.
Hugging South Africa’s southern coast, the Garden route is a famously beautiful corridor of land that boasts ancient forests, wetlands, rivers, lakes, mountain ranges and incredibly beautiful stretches of coastline. This is a spectacular part of the country that will leave you marvelling at the natural beauty and splendour of South Africa.
You will receive a warm welcome at your first stop in the quaint town of Oudsthoorn, known as the ostrich capital of the world, where you will check in to the hotel of your choice:
Rosenhof Country House *****or Hlangana Lodge **** or similar.
Accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast Basis.
Day 5: Garden Route
After breakfast you will visit the world famous Cango Caves.
After the Caves you will journey to the Cango Wildlife Ranch, a crocodile and cheetah farm, where you will have the opportunity to discover some amazing animal species, including big cats like cheetah, tiger, lion, puma, and jaguar.
From the Cango Wildlife Ranch you will go on a short drive to the other end of Oudtshoorn to enjoy some lunch on an ostrich farm. You will also have the opportunity to sit on and ride an ostrich, if you so dare.
Upon your leaving the ostrich farm, you will journey over the Outeniqua Mountains towards the picturesque coastal town, Knysna. The stunning journey through to Knysna will undoubtedly leave you a real understanding of why this area is known as the Garden Route.
As you arrive in Kynsna you will be taken to the hotel of your choice:
Augusta Bay ***** or Knysna Log Inn **** or similar.

Afternoon Sunset Cruise on the Kynsna Lagoon.
After checking in and settling into your hotel you will have the opportunity to embark on a sunset cruise around the Knysna lagoon, an absolute must for any stay in this beautiful town.
Day 6: Garden Route
You will have the day to enjoy at your leisure or book additional tours such as: Birds of Eden, Monkeyland, White Shark Cage Diving, Bungee Jumping or Safari at a game reserve and many more.
Day 8: Johannesburg – Victoria Falls (Livingstone, Zambia)
You will be transferred to Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport for your flight to Livingstone, Zambia.
Upon your arrival you will be met by a representative from Travel Republic Africa who will escort you on your transfer to the hotel of your choice:

Accommodation is on a Full Board Basis
Sunset Cruise on The Zambezi River
Once settled into your hotel, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy some sundowners and snacks on a while cruising along the Zambezi River at sunset. Don’t forget to bring your camera as you’ll definitely want to capture the last magnificent rays of the setting African sun over the Zambezi River. You may even be fortunate enough to see some local wildlife along the banks of the Zambezi; look out for crocodiles, hippos, elephants and many more animal and bird species.
Day 9: Victoria Falls (Livingstone, Zambia)
Morning Tour of The Victoria Falls
The Victoria Falls (or Mosi-oa-Tunya: the Smoke that Thunders as locals call it) is considered the largest waterfall in the world and has been deemed a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This awe-inspiring wonder of the natural world is a truly spectacular sight to behold, and with so much to offer tourists and visitors (think river rafting, bungee jumping, river cruises, and game spotting and so much more) you’ll undoubtedly leave with incredible memories and stories to take home.
After an official tour of the falls, you will have the afternoon to explore the falls at your leisure or book an additional tour, such as: Livingstone Island Tour, Scenic Helicopter Tour, Bungee Jumping and many more.

Day 10: Victoria Falls (Livingstone, Zambia)
You will have the day to enjoy at your leisure or book additional tours such as: Chobe Day Trip, Livingstone Island Tour, Scenic Helicopter Tour, Microlight Tour and many more.
Day 11: Livingstone – Johannesburg
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Livingstone airport to catch your flight to Johannesburg to make your connection for your outbound flight home.
